Hey everyone! Last night Craig talked about how "Faith Friends" wake each other up! Sometimes in our walk with Christ we fall alseep, and we need someone to wake us up - hold us accountable, call us out of a life of sin, and remind us that we have a father in heaven who loves us! Here is a video we used last night of Payson's faith friend, Dave, waking him up. Enjoy!

Want to go to WinterJam with us? Matt Terlouw and Craig Zuithoff are driving and leading any students that want to go. Just fill out the permission form (click here to print a permission form) and bring it with you when we leave the church on Friday at 4:30pm. Also bring $10 for your admission and money for fast food on the way. The website also says that Toby Mac will be performing!

Louisville Mission Trip: Summer 2012

Here's a little plug for our mission trip to Louisville this summer. Dates are June 30-July 6 and it costs $325. Registrations are coming in quickly (only 24 spots left). To sign up and garauntee you trip spot, fill out a registration form (found on the back of the trip brochure) and return to the TRC front office with your $75 deposit. New Series @ TheMIX: Key Ingredients

Hi everyone,

Starting this week we will be in a new teaching series called "Key Ingredients." As a group we want to keep taking steps forward in our relationship with God and we thought it might be helpful to have some ideas of how to take those next steps. This next series will encourage us to keep seeking out ways to grow closer to God!

Key Ingredients:
Everyone knows when you're baking something there are a few key ingredients that hold the recipe together, or even make it extra speacial! Well, as Christians, God has given us some ingredients to put in our lives to do the very same thing!

The Bible, Prayer, and Godly friendships are all things that will help us live for God and walk with Him. The questions is, what do we do with each ingredient!?!? Be sure to come to TheMIX to find out!

Hi everyone! Exciting news! As you know we're kicking off a campaign to raise funds for our orphan project in Jinja, Uganda. The orphan home and Widow home we'll be building are under the direction and care of a ministry called "Father's Divine Love Ministries." Well, through the power of God using facebook messages and chats, we are excited to say that Pastor David Livingstone, pastor and director of "Father's Divine Love Ministry" in Uganda, will be coming to 3rd church on Wednesday night to speak to students and anyone else who wants to listen in the sanctuary. For students at TheMIX, this means our schedule will look mostly the same except we'll extend our teaching time to accomodate Pastor David. Small groups will meet breifly at the end. What an incredible opportunity for us to hear how God is alive and at work it Jinja, Uganda! You DONT want to miss this!
