It's hard to beleive that today was our last day! Unfortunately, this meant having to say goodbye to some of the people we met throughout the week. Young or old, our hope and prayer is that in some way, big and small, each person we met encountered the love of Christ. It truly was a blessed week and Gods faithfullness was abundant throughout!

On Youthworks trips, the final night involves a footwashing ceremony. In John 13, Jesus offers an image of what humility, love, and compassion look like. By recreating this, our hope is that students seal the memories of this past week to their hearts and minds, using them as reminders of who God is, how much He loves us, and what we are able to acomplish through Him!

Thanks parents for all your prayers! Continue to pray for safe travel! We plan on arriving back in pella at 2:30 pm, but will have students call home with any updates.
